This isn't too bad. The animation, while basic, is consistent enough. The addition of sound would've been nice though. Even simple things such as explosions and punching sound effects would have improved it greatly. The animation seems to go on an infinite loop. If you upload something in the SWF format, I would suggest adding in a pre-loader and an ending where the animation stops playing to avoid this issue. Other than that, this is pretty alright. Hope to see more animations from you if you plan on making them.

I'm guessing this must be your first animation. I'm not going to lie, it wasn't really too good in my eyes, let me explain.

Though the signing to make music was somewhat cute, I think it would have been better if you used music samples from either the Pokémon games, or some samples of royalty free music. Background music usually helps add fullness to a scene that would otherwise seem a bit empty without it.I would suggest snooping around the Audio Portal for some tracks to use for your animation. Make sure they are marked as royalty free or free to use in web animations though. If you are unsure if a track is

I'm not going to complain about your art style, since it seems like you are just starting out with it, although, I will say that your scenes feel pretty empty on a visual level. There is clearly a foreground, but the background is non-existent You should try adding backgrounds to your scenes, such as a sun, or some trees when outside; maybe some computers, desks, and science related stuff when they are in the lab. Scene design is quite important when making animations, as it helps make the area the characters are in more convincing. If you need inspiration or ideas on how to make good backgrounds, try watching some cartoons or animations and pause it every now and then, taking note of what is going on in the background, why it's there, and how everything is placed.

I agree with doggenhausen that your microphone quality is really good, and your voice acting is pretty alright; however, it does all sound like it was recorded in one take in one audio file. Try recording each line as a separate audio file, as this can help reduce awkward pauses of silence in the animation as you ready up what you are going to say next. It's also good practice in general, as it's easier to modify and edit short singular audio files than it is to edit one giant audio file.

Keep these things in mind when you start making the next part of your animation, and I'm pretty sure it'll come out better than this one.

Yes This Is My First Animation

I'm not really sure what to say about this other than it made me laugh harder than I expected it would. Nice job.

This is a really nice stop animation you have here. I can tell a lot of time went in to making this with all the different backgrounds, and camera angles. I like the old timey British cars used in this. It gives it an antique/old fashion atmosphere to it. Give it a sepia filter and some grain effects, and it would definitely look like something from the mid 1960's. The animation as a whole has a lot of charm, and it kind of reminds me of old stop motion animations I would make as a kid with some Hot Wheels cars and an old USB Webcam. The only problem with it I have is the sound design. Though I do like the minimalistic sound design, it does tend to pop in a lot, and I did notice a bit of syncing issue in one scene. If the sound issues are just ironed out a bit, I'd say it would help improve an already great animation. Keep up the good work.

Thanks, I think the audio is lacking too, I would ideally get someone else to do the soundtrack at some point, and sepia idea is a good one :)

I have to say, I didn't really know what I was in for when I first clicked on this, but everything about this is just great. It's like I expected to see some huge fight scene between Bob Ross and Mr. Rogers (never thought I'd ever say that sentence), but it turns in to such a cutesy and somewhat feelsy ending. Great job fam.

I really found this humorous. On a technical level/animation, it's kind of meh, but it does it's job. On a level of making me laugh, I have to say it does that perfectly. It is the best explanation I've heard about the whole fidget spinner phenomena that happened.

Magnificent-Contrapt responds:

That's what the goal was. I'm happy it made you laugh.

Honestly, I'm just lost at this point.
