This is pretty good imo. I quite like the dark, serious tone of the loop. If you add a good beat, some transitions, and some sub bass here and there, you'd probably have a solid UK Bass tune here.

In all honesty, I was kind of expecting to hear just random banging on a synthesizer, but I was pleasantly surprised to hear a pretty decent track. It definitely is much to short, and a bit strange in areas (especially with the static noise before the end), but the overall hook is there. It sounds like the beginning to a heavy dance track. You should definitely consider expanding on this, see what else you could add to it.
